2-Day Intensive • 4 Hours Each Day • Only $47 • Limited to 100 Participants
Set yourself up for a successful 2026 grant season with this focused, two-day virtual planning experience designed for nonprofits and for-profit businesses on 12/20 and 12/21. The Grant Strategy Planning Session is an intensive workshop that helps you get clear, organized, and fully prepared for next year’s grant opportunities. Enrollment is capped at 100 people to keep the experience niche, interactive, and high-value.
Across two days, we will cover the core areas every business needs in place before applying for grants. You will work through business structure, documentation preparation, messaging refinement (vision, mission, and value), grant positioning, relationship-building opportunities, writing strategies, application strategies, search strategies, budget planning, and reporting systems for follow-up. The goal is simple: you will leave with a clear, personalized roadmap of what steps you need to take for a strong and successful 2026.
Each day includes:
-
2 hours of focused teaching
-
30 minutes of personal work time to apply what you learned
-
1 hour of breakout sessions in groups of 20 for peer feedback
-
30 minutes of recap and planning to lock in your next steps
This structure ensures real progress happens in real time. You won’t just learn strategies—you will build your game plan for the year ahead.
If you’re ready to get organized, get aligned, and get grant-ready for 2026, this session is the perfect place to start. Only 100 seats are available.
