Refund Policy Revision

Pink Print Firm is committed to providing high-quality grant writing services. Due to the time-sensitive and custom nature of our services, classes, seminars, digital products, event tickets, to uphold the integrity of our business, we have a strict no-refund policy, as outlined below.

Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Once services are purchased and payment is made, all sales are final. Due to the customized and intensive nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds. According to FTC regulations, the 3-Day Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to services purchased through our website or at our business location. Pink Print Firm adheres to a no-refund policy due to the immediate commencement of work on each client’s project.

  • Immediate Resource Allocation: Upon engagement, our team dedicates significant time and resources to each client's needs. This includes research, project planning, and preliminary work, which commences immediately, making refunds infeasible.

  • Non-Refundable Discounted Products and Promotions: Products or services purchased under promotional pricing or as part of a package deal are also non-refundable. These offerings are provided at a reduced rate and are therefore excluded from refunds.

  • Client Satisfaction Commitment: Although refunds are not provided, Pink Print Firm is dedicated to client satisfaction. Should any concerns or issues arise with our services, we encourage clients to reach out to our customer support team to resolve any questions.

  • Partial Refunds: If a client is unable to proceed after 60 days and the project has not advanced due to reasons such as the business not being ready, Pink Print Firm may offer a partial refund of 50% of the payment. This partial refund accounts for the time and resources already dedicated by our team to communicate, provide guidance, and prepare for the project.

Pink Print Firm Service Hold and Cancellation Policy

At Pink Print Firm, we are committed to helping our clients achieve success in their grant and funding goals. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require clients to pause or hold their services temporarily. To support clarity and efficiency, we have established the following policy regarding service holds:

Service Hold Policy

If a client requests a hold on their service for any reason or is not responsive, we kindly ask that they confirm their decision to move forward within 5 days of the hold. If we do not receive confirmation to continue within this timeframe, the service will be automatically cancelled. Please note that, in such cases, no refund will be provided, and the client will need to re-enroll to resume services.

Why This Policy is Important

Grant writing is a time-sensitive process that requires consistent momentum, focus, and planning to yield successful results. Holding services interrupts this momentum, which can be detrimental to your overall grant strategy, funding timelines, and competitive positioning. Additionally, it impacts our scheduling and the dedicated attention we provide to each client.

Our Commitment to Your Success

Our goal is to maximize your grant opportunities and ensure all resources and planning are aligned with your success. By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain the highest standards of service for all our clients.

If you have any questions about this policy or need to discuss any specific circumstances, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to support you and your journey toward funding success.

Pink Print Firm Client Priority Policy

At Pink Print Firm, we are committed to providing all our clients with efficient and timely service. To manage workloads and ensure fair handling of all projects, we have implemented the following priority policy to guide the order in which client work is addressed.

Priority Policy Overview

Our priority policy is based on a structured approach, focusing first on overdue clients and then proceeding to current deadlines. This structure allows us to maintain quality service and meet deadlines effectively.

  1. Overdue Client Work
If any client work is overdue, these projects are given top priority. Completing overdue projects first ensures that all clients receive timely results, and it helps maintain a steady workflow for all current projects. Prioritizing overdue work allows us to manage client expectations and reduce further delays.

  2. Current Client Deadlines
After addressing any overdue projects, we focus on clients with approaching deadlines. Each project is managed based on the due date and required turnaround time, ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timeline.

  3. New Client Onboarding
For new clients, our onboarding process ensures their projects are integrated smoothly into the workflow. These projects are placed into the queue according to their deadlines and overall scope, following overdue and active deadlines as priorities.

Why We Prioritize Overdue Clients

Prioritizing overdue work allows us to manage expectations and maintain trust with our clients. By completing overdue projects first, we can better serve each client in a timely manner, enhance our workflow efficiency, and create a reliable experience for all clients involved.

We appreciate your understanding of this structured approach, which helps us deliver the best possible service to all of our clients.

If you have any questions about this policy or how it may impact your project’s timeline, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
